Most excellent company to work with... I was very pleased with the communication and detailed proposal Bob provided me for our Capac funeral home project. Yes. Every project starts with a free estimate. We look at the site, talk through your options and give you a detailed quote tailored to the job.
With proper maintenance, asphalt paving can last 20 years or more. Regular sealcoating and crack filling go a long way toward getting the most life out of the surface.
Warmer months, typically late spring through early fall. Asphalt needs warm weather to be laid and compacted properly, which is what makes it durable.
If the surface has cracking, potholes or drainage problems but the base underneath is sound, resurfacing may be enough. If the base has failed, full replacement is the lasting fix. We'll assess the pavement and recommend the right one.
Plan on waiting 24 to 48 hours before driving on newly paved asphalt, so the surface can cure properly.
Yes. We offer sealcoating, crack filling and regular inspections to keep your asphalt in top condition.
Clear the area of vehicles and anything stored on the surface. If the site needs grading or a new base, we handle that as part of the job.
